1. Shipping Methods
What kind of method will be used deponds on the shipping destination. Normally, EMS is our first choice to ship out the goods, which is the most safe and economical shipping method.
DHL, UPS, Fedex and other shipping methods will also be used if there is special needs, such as for the countries or regions where EMS is not available.
2. Shipping Charges
Order Amount >=US$600.00, Shipping Fee = US$00.00
US$400 =<Order Amount <US$600.00, Shipping Fee = US$10.00
US$200 =<Order Amount <US$400.00, Shipping Fee = US$20.00
Order Amount < US$200.00, Shipping Fee = US$30.00
There is no limit to the number of products you order, and there would be only one shipping charge, so shipping can be combined on multiple orders.
3. Delivery Time
Usually, your order will be dispatched within two days once your order is confirmed.
It takes approximately 4-7 business days for delivery to North America. For international orders, packages would take approximately 6-10 business days. (Business days - excludes weekends and holidays)
4. Damaged or Missing Package
If your merchandise is damaged or missing when you receive it please contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another same product to you once we receive back the damaged one.
In the event of failure of delivery,we will reship the product to you, and you will not be charged for a second time.
To resend the package, it will take another 9-12 business days from the day we confirm this information.
